Zurich-born David Allemann is the Co-Founder of On, the world’s fastest growing running shoe brand. With offices in Zurich, Portland, Tokyo, Melbourne and Sao Paulo, the young Swiss sports company has become a global innovator in the running shoe and apparel space. David co-founded On in 2010 with his friends Olivier Bernhard and Caspar Coppetti and received the Swiss Economic Forum Entrepreneurship award in 2014. David is driven by the power of creativity and innovation. A lawyer by training, David jumped at the opportunity to build the first digital agency in Switzerland in 1995 and helped to build global brands as Managing Director of ad agency Young & Rubicam. He joined McKinsey & Company to provide consultancy services for media and sports clients and had the privilege to work with world-class designers and architects as CMO of Vitra, the design and furniture brand. David received an AMP from INSEAD and is a member of the Art Directors Club.
